License Policy

After completing your StreamUlt purchase, you'll receive the license key via email within an hour. If you do not see it in your inbox within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder as the email may have been filtered. You can also retrieve your license code directly from our website or contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance.

StreamUlt offers monthly, yearly or lifetime licenses for specific platforms under the Individual and Family plans. These licenses allow free upgrades to future versions within the validity period.

Switching your license from Windows to Mac (or vice versa) is free within the first week of purchase. Contact our support team for assistance. After this period, a new license will be required.

Refund Policy

StreamUlt offers a "try-before-you-buy" program with a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime and yearly licenses and a 5-day guarantee for monthly licenses. To qualify for a refund, your request must fall under the following accepted circumstances with our Money Back Guarantee guideline:

Refunds Are Granted For:
• Accidental purchases of the wrong product: If you mistakenly purchase the wrong StreamUlt product, we can issue a full refund within 30 (or 5) days, provided you also purchase the correct product from us within that timeframe.
• Double charges: If you're charged twice due to a payment processing error, we'll issue a full refund.
• Unresolved technical issues: If you encounter a critical technical issue that our support team cannot provide a fix or workaround within a month, you'll be eligible for a full refund

Refunds Are Not Granted For:
• Requests exceeding the money-back guarantee window (30 or 5 days).
• Refunds without reason.
• Partial refunds for the part of bundled products.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Purchasing the "wrong" product elsewhere after buying from StreamUlt.
• Technical issues without contacting support for troubleshooting.
• Missing license key without contacting support for assistance.
• Refund requests due to regional price differences or different sellers.
• Refund requests due to misunderstanding the product's functionality or compatibility, without reading the product description carefully before purchasing.

Product Upgrade Policy

All StreamUlt products purchased from our website are eligible for free upgrades for the duration of the license. With a lifetime license, you can continue using the product indefinitely.
