The app can't log into my Netflix account, but it works on other devices. Why?

If you're unable to log in to your Netflix account within StreamUlt, but can log in successfully on other devices, try clearing your Netflix account cache within the StreamUlt app. You can do it by following steps:

1. Sign out of Netflix in the app.

2. Clear your browser's Netflix cookies/cache (via browser settings).

3. Relaunch StreamUlt Netflix Video Downloader and log in again.

Conversion starts fast but slows down later. Is this normal?

StreamUlt Netflix Video Downloader isn't just downloading; it's also decrypting the video content. The initial fast speed is the download phase. The slowdown you're experiencing is likely during the decryption process, which is CPU-intensive. For faster overall processing, we recommend using a computer with a powerful CPU.

What is the difference between the trial version and the registered version?

The trial version allows you to download only the first 3 minutes of any Netflix video. The registered version removes this limitation, allowing you to download entire videos and access all features.
